A young man seeks to become more popular with women—and Azazel makes it so.

Frankly, what wins this story for me is Asimov’s description of the Neanderthal who manages to secure our hero’s heart—well, his companionship, anyway—by virtue of her large and assertive brothers. This certainly isn’t the funniest of the Azazel stories, but it’s good enough to pass muster.
