Claire Belmont finds herself in the unenviable position of having to field-test an unusual robotic servant. Or is it unenviable?

Susan Calvin is a character in this story, and I would rank it as one of the three best Susan Calvin tales along with "Galley Slave” and "Evidence”—but she’s really a minor character. The story is about poor mousy Claire and Tony, incredible hunk of a robot who keeps house for her while her husband is away getting government approval for the tests. The story is wonderful and delightful, as Claire finds Tony solving problems beyond what she had expected him able to do, and as Claire finds herself frighteningly attracted to him.
